Wash the champignons thoroughly, discard in a colander, place in a bowl. Pour in soy sauce. Mix. Marinate mushrooms for at least 30-60 minutes. Stir occasionally.
When the coals are burned out and the heat is mild, you can string the mushrooms marinated in soy sauce on skewers.
Put the skewers with mushrooms on the grill.
Bake mushrooms on the grill for 10-15 minutes, periodically turning from one side to the other. You can also pour the remaining marinade (soy sauce) on the champignon kebab.
