Instructions

  1. Knead the butter, quark, salt and flour to form a smooth dough, put it in cling film and put it in the fridge for 40 minutes. Then roll out and line a small quiche or springform pan (20 cm) with it.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions in it, add the chanterelles and fry for approx. 3 - 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and let cool down a little. Mix eggs and goat cheese until creamy and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Spread the goat cheese cream on the batter, then spread the chanterelle and onion mixture on top. Bake the quiche in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes.
