Instructions

  1. Leave the diced bacon together with the juniper berries in a pan. Add onions, garlic and chanterelles and fry. Deglaze with a little red wine and sour cream and let it steep. Finally, season with salt, pepper and parsley.
  2. This goes well with spaetzle or potato noodles.
