Knead all ingredients into a dough. If the dough sticks too much, a little more flour can be added.
Then add small balls with 2 tablespoons to boiling salted water and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Then remove with a ladle and serve with the soup.
You can also add the chanterelles directly to the soup / broth.
I also like to use herbal salt instead of normal salt.
