Instructions

1. Whip the quark with vanilla sugar and sugar. Fold in the whipped cream.
2. Prepare the cream pudding as usual and let it cool down.
3. Then you first layer the curd cream mixture, the applesauce and finally the cream pudding in a glass bowl. Garnish with whipped cream and brittle.
