Wash the chard leaves and remove the stalk. Cut the chard stalks into fine strips and finely chop the small leaves. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Mix the minced meat with an egg, half of the onion pieces and the garlic as required and shape into small rolls, fry them briefly.
Mix the goat`s cream cheese, the cream cheese, the other half of the onion pieces and the garlic, the parsley and the finely chopped chard leaves with salt and pepper to a firm mass.
Blanch the stalked Swiss chard leaves and then spread the cream cheese mixture in the middle. Insert a minced meat roll and roll it up. Fold in from the side so that nothing leaks out. Seal the finished rolls with a toothpick and cook over steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Grate the peeled potatoes into fine strips, fry them with the egg and the finely chopped chard stalks, the salt and the pepper to make the rösti.
Arrange the hash browns and rolls on plates and garnish as desired.
