Mix the ground beef with a little olive oil, pepper, salt, finely chopped onion and finely chopped parsley.
Lay out the large chard leaves and cut out the central stem. Form 8 sausages from the minced meat and wrap them in the chard leaves. Fold in the sides as well.
Put the chard parcels in a lightly oiled pan. Make sure that the seam is down. Fry over low heat, turn carefully and fry over low heat.
