Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit, except for the raspberries, cut into small pieces and mix together with the raspberries, buttermilk and coconut water in a blender until all ingredients are finely pureed and a creamy mixture is obtained.
  2. If necessary, sweeten with e.g. agave syrup.
