Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Oil a baking mold with vegetable oil and line it with baking paper. Beat 4 eggs with 180 g sugar on high speed for 3-5 minutes until pale and roughly doubled in volume. Sift 160 g flour and 0.5 teaspoon baking powder together, then fold into the egg mixture until just combined. Drain 200 g canned pineapples from syrup and cut into small cubes. Fold pineapples into the batter. Pour batter into the prepared mold. Bake for 35-45 minutes until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack, then dust with 1 tbsp powdered sugar before serving.
