  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.
    We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the whipped mass in a thin stream and mix.

  4. Mix flour with baking powder.
  5. Pour flour into the egg-oil mixture and knead the dough.
  6. Add raisins (washed and dried) and orange zest (I have prepared for future use) into the dough.
  7. Add pumpkin. We mix.

  8. Lubricate the detachable form with oil. The dia of my mold is 22 centimeters.
    Pour the prepared dough into the mold.

  9. We bake charlotte with pumpkin in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
