  1. Grind or grate the onion and mix with the minced meat, then add all-purpose seasoning.
  2. Fry the mixture over medium heat in about 1 tablespoon of oil or fat for 10 minutes.
  3. Gradually mix the kefir into the flour, beat in the egg, and knead until the dough is soft.
  4. Roll out the dough to roughly 1 cm thick and cut out circles about 10 cm in diameter. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on one half of each circle.
  5. Fold each circle in half and press the edges together with a fork to seal.
  6. Fry the chebureki in vegetable oil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through when pierced with a fork.
