Sear the shallots in a saucepan with oil and then add the minced meat. Now season with salt and pepper and fry.
After about five minutes add the sugar and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil briefly, meanwhile cut the broccoli into small florets and then add to the pot. Chop the parsley and add.
Put the lid on the saucepan and let it cook for ten minutes. In the meantime, keep topping up with water.
Then add the processed cheese and the crème fraîche and stir until they have completely dissolved. Bring to the boil again briefly.
