Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, Maggi No. 3, and paprika powder. Fry in clarified butter over medium-high heat until golden, about 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish. Keep the gravy in the pan.
Add the cream, buttermilk, and processed cheese (6 Adler cheese wedges) to the gravy. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
