Cook the pasta in water with salt and oil according to the packaging instructions and then drain in a sieve.
Finely chop the herbs and garlic and mix with the milk and sour cream in a bowl. Add the 2 egg yolks and stir well. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the pan with the margarine. Fry the ham for a few minutes. When the ham is well seared, pour the sauce into the pan and add the processed cheese and oil. Stir the sauce every now and then and let it cook for a few minutes. To taste. Arrange the pasta on plates and pour the sauce over them. Decorate with a few herbs if you like.
