Knead the flour, butter and cream cheese with a dough hook to form a dough. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for at least two hours. It is even better to refrigerate it overnight.
For the filling, finely chop the paprika, ham and cheese and season with pepper.
For a ball, take a piece of dough and press it flat with your hands. Put some filling in the middle and close tightly. You can vary the size of the balls according to your ideas. Roll the cheese balls in some grated cheese and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
