Cook the macaroni in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the chicken stock, ketchup, mustard, tomato paste and the spices well in a bowl.
Fry the minced meat in the oil. When it is browned on all sides, add the onion cubes and sauté for approx. 3 minutes. Add chili powder. Turn the heat down to medium.
Pour the ketchup mixture over the meat. Add the cooked macaroni and stir in the processed cheese, pulled into pieces.
Reduce the heat. Melt the cheese while stirring until it begins to settle on the bottom. Then serve immediately.
