• 1 pack herbal cream cheese
• 4 tablespoon sour cream
• 1 small Glass kirsch
• salt and pepper
• 0.5 can ½ tangerine (n)
• 250 g rapes
• 150 g cheese (Emmentaler)

Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and kirsch. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Drain the tangerines. Halve and core the grapes. Dice the Emmentaler. Mix everything.
3. Divide into cocktail glasses and pour the sauce on top.
