Cheese crackers are delicious cheese biscuits that are very aromatic, crunchy, and easy to prepare. Cheese biscuits are great with sweet tea or coffee or as a beer snack.
Combine softened butter, yolk, salt, and finely grated cheese with a fork.
Gradually add flour and knead the soft dough for cheese biscuits. We remove the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Divide the dough in half (for convenience), roll thinly, and cut into segments.
Place the cheese biscuits on a baking sheet covered with parchment. We make decorative holes and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake cheese crackers for 10-15 minutes.
