Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the chopped onions in a little oil until the meat is brown and crumbly.
  2. Add the vegetable stock, tomatoes and cheese. When the cheese has melted add the sliced mushrooms, corn and cream. Cut the peppers into strips, add them and let the soup simmer on a low flame for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
