Chop the Camembert into small cubes, mash the Gorgonzola and mix with the cream cheese and 3 - 4 tablespoons of cream until you get a smooth cheese cream. The easiest way is when you don`t puree everything too finely with the hand blender.
Cut the spring onions into fine rolls (I only use the white and the light green part) and mix with the cheese cream.
If necessary, season with salt and pepper. But be careful, the Gorgonzola makes the cream very spicy.
Can be prepared well and kept in the refrigerator until the party.
