Bring the milk to the boil with butter and a pinch of salt. Add the flour and semolina. Stir to a smooth dough over low heat until a whitish layer has formed on the bottom of the pot. Then let it cool down and stir the cheese together with the egg into the batter. Pour into a piping bag and squirt small balls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
