Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, fat, sugar and vanilla sugar to make crumbles.
  2. Grease the springform pan (26cm) and firmly press 2/3 of the dough onto the bottom. Drain the peaches and spread on top.
  3. Stir the fat until frothy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and stir. Stir in eggs, quark and pudding powder. Put on the peaches. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees electric stove for approx. 50 - 60 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
  5. Tastes lukewarm and also the next day.
