Instructions

  1. Peel, halve and core the cucumber. Wash, clean and finely chop the radishes. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into small cubes. Mix everything together.
  2. Finely chop the chives.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the creme fraiche, oil and horseradish. Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad. Spread the chives on top.
