Put the diced rolls with the salt, pepper, instant stock and parsley in a bowl. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in the butter until translucent. Then also add to the bowl. Pour the boiling milk over it and let it cool down a little. Cut the cheese into cubes and mix in with the eggs and flour. Now form small camisoles out of the mass.
Bake in portions in a little hot butter or oil. Cook briefly in the vegetable stock. Then arrange and serve garnished with parsley.
