Instructions

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, salt and butter with 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Let it rest in a foil for about 30 minutes in the ice box.
  2. Cut the ham into fine strips. Chop the onion and garlic. Whisk the cream with the salt, pepper, the eggs and the chopped herbs. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C convection.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Grease a mold and line it with the batter (I always use a small drip pan). Cut off the protruding edges. Mix the ham with the onion and garlic and spread on the dough. Mix the grated cheese with the cream mixture and pour over it. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown, after about 20 minutes cover with aluminum foil (matt side outside).
