Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into small rings. Pour boiling water over the leek and let it steep for 4 minutes - it must still have a bite. Cut the Gouda into strips. Put the leek, Gouda cheese and pineapple in a salad bowl.
  2. Make a sauce from the other ingredients and pour over the salad. Let it steep a little and season to taste.
