Instructions

  1. Fry the vegetables in clarified butter. Add the mince and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, then pour in the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then slowly melt the cheese in it.
  2. Baguette tastes good with it.
  3. Variation: use 400 g mushrooms instead of the carrots.
