Cook the noodles in the broth according to the instructions on the packet until they are al dente. Pour 2/3 of the broth off, the rest remains with the pasta.
Fry the minced meat until crumbly and add to the pasta. Add the processed herb cheese and mix everything well. Add a few more herbs of your choice, salt and pepper depending on your taste. A delicious main course is ready that will keep you full for a long time.
