Cut the peppers, spring onions, cooked ham and possibly some garlic into small cubes. Fry the ham in a little hot oil, then add the peppers and spring onions and fry briefly.
Mix the pasta, ham and vegetables together in a large bowl. Stir in the grainy cream cheese and about 100 g of grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper and gradually pour in tomato juice, the dish should be juicy, but not too runny. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
