Instructions

  1. Make a dough from the ingredients up to and including water and let it rest until it has doubled.
  2. Bring a saucepan with approx. 2 liters of water to the boil and add the baking soda (be careful, it can foam up a bit).
  3. In the meantime, shape long, slightly wider sticks out of the dough. Put these briefly into the soda water (they go under and come up again immediately) and take them out of the water bath with a perforated ladle.
  4. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sticks on top. Now just sprinkle the grated cheese over it. Bake with hot air (approx. 180 ° C) until it has the desired color.
