Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200 °. Then cover the tray with the cheese, slightly overlapping. Put in the oven and wait until the cheese has melted together.
  2. Then take it out and top it with the boiled ham. Spread the cream cheese on top. Initially difficult to spread, but the heat from the cheese makes the cream cheese spreadable within a few seconds. Now roll up the cheese using the parchment paper and then wrap it in aluminum foil.
  3. Then let it cool down and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  4. Then cut thin slices to serve.
