A delicious snack roll – a tender “crust” of grated hard cheese with eggs and sour cream and a juicy minced chicken filling with the addition of fried onions. Preparing such a cheese roll with minced chicken is not difficult at all, but it turns out much tastier than store sausage.
Prepare your ingredients. You will need foil during the cooking process. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
In a deep bowl, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Add eggs and sour cream.
Stir the mixture until smooth.
Cover a baking sheet (approximately 30 x 40 cm) with foil and brush with vegetable oil. Pour the cheese and egg mixture there and spread evenly. Send in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until light golden brown.
Peel the onion. Cut one onion into cubes.
Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
Mince the chicken breast and the second onion.
And mix the fried onions with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well, preferably with your hands.
Remove the cheese cake from the oven, cool slightly and separate from the foil. Do not turn off the oven.
Brush the cheese crust with a thin layer of minced chicken and onions.
Wrap the filled cheesecake in a roll.
Wrap the minced chicken cheese roll with several layers of foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Unroll the foil 10 minutes before cooking to obtain a golden brown crust.
Cool the finished cheese roll with minced chicken slightly and cut into portions. Best served with fresh vegetables.
