Knead the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water + oil into a dough and let it rest in a warm place for 20 minutes until the dough is twice as thick. Shape the dough into small rolls, cover again and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Whisk the egg, brush the rolls with it and put grated cheese on top. Baking: 15 - 20 minutes at approx. 225 degrees!
