Instructions

  1. Cut the gouda into small cubes. Peel and roughly grate the carrot and celery and add to the cheese cubes. Drain the corn, catching the liquid. Add the corn to the cheese and vegetable mixture and stir the liquid with the cream cheese, chives and (if necessary) the broth until smooth. Finally fold everything in well.
  2. If you want to make a great spread out of the salad, you simply cut or grate the ingredients a little smaller and prepare one and a half to two times the amount of cream.
