Instructions

  1. Cut off the fat and cut the cooked ham into strips. Cut cheese into sticks. Chop the shallots very finely. Cut the chives into rolls. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and let it steep in the refrigerator for about 12 hours, then serve at room temperature.
  2. Ciabatta or other white bread goes well with it.
