Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into cubes. Wash the grapes and cut into small pieces if necessary. Drain the canned fruit, while collecting the juice from the pineapple pieces and mandarins.
  2. If possible, peel the bananas just before serving and add them to the salad, as they turn dark quickly despite the lemon juice.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, add the collected fruit juice to taste and needs and pour over the salad.
  4. Mix everything together and chill overnight to draw through.
