Cut the cheese into thin strips and place in a bowl. Also cut the turkey breast into fine strips.
Clean, rinse, drain and quarter the radishes. Halve the pepper, remove the stalk, core and remove the white inner skins. Rinse, drain and cut the pod into strips. Clean the leek, cut the stick in half lengthways, wash, drain well and cut into very fine strips.
For the vinaigrette, season the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Withhold the oil. Mix the turkey breast and vegetables with the cheese and vinaigrette.
Tip: If you want, you can sprinkle the salad with 35 g sunflower seeds.
