Instructions

  1. Cut the camembert into 12 approx. 1 cm thick slices, cover each with a sage leaf and wrap the Parma ham.
  2. A camembertroll is ideal for this. Depending on your taste, you can also use goat cheese.
  3. Roughly chop the walnuts and mix with vinegar, oil and honey to make a dressing.
  4. Wash the rocket. I cut off the stems and cut through the leaves once. This makes the salad easier to eat.
  5. Cut the pear into thin slices.
  6. Arrange the rocket loosely on a plate, place two pear slices on top and drizzle with the dressing.
  7. Fry the cheese salimbocca in oil for about 30 seconds on each side and then place on the salad.
