- Cut the camembert into 12 approx. 1 cm thick slices, cover each with a sage leaf and wrap the Parma ham.
- A camembertroll is ideal for this. Depending on your taste, you can also use goat cheese.
- Roughly chop the walnuts and mix with vinegar, oil and honey to make a dressing.
- Wash the rocket. I cut off the stems and cut through the leaves once. This makes the salad easier to eat.
- Cut the pear into thin slices.
- Arrange the rocket loosely on a plate, place two pear slices on top and drizzle with the dressing.
- Fry the cheese salimbocca in oil for about 30 seconds on each side and then place on the salad.
