  1. Heat some oil in the pot.
  2. Roughly peel the brie and grate the parmesan. Carefully heat the brie and the gorgonzola in oil and melt. Deglaze with a little flour and white wine. Add the cream. Add the grated parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
