Put the cheese and flour in a bowl and mix. Mix the egg yolks and milk together, add to the flour mixture and stir. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, fold into the batter. Heat butter in a pan, add 1/4 of the batter and bake on both sides over low heat. Tear into pieces with 2 forks, keep warm in the oven. Do the same with the rest of the batter. Sprinkle with chives before serving. Mixed salad tastes good with it.
