Instructions

  1. Heat the fat, sweat the flour in it, deglaze with the stock, milk and cream. Melt the processed cheese in the soup. Add 1 tablespoon Gouda cheese, salt, pepper and chopped chives. Stir in the sour cream, do not boil any more. Serve the soup sprinkled with the rest of the grated cheese.
