Instructions

  2. Cooking spaetzle is obvious. Grease the baking dish a little. Grate and mix the two cheeses. Cut the salmon so that about 3 x 3 cm pieces come out.
  3. Put a layer of spaetzle in the mold, spread half of the salmon on top and sprinkle with cheese. Spread out a new layer of spaetzle, spread the shrimp on top and sprinkle with cheese again. Then come the pasta again, the rest of the salmon and the rest of the cheese. If you want, you can grind a little pepper over each layer. Sprinkle everything evenly with the cream, if you like a lot of sauce, you can also use three cups of cream. There is no need for any other spices, as the salmon determines the taste, so no salt is needed.
  4. Bake at 180 ° for 25-30 minutes.
