Peel and dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the clove of garlic. Steam both in hot oil until golden, then dust with flour and fill up with 700 ml of water. Stir in the instant stock. Bring to the boil, gradually add the processed cheese and let it dissolve. Finally add the spinach. Let everything cook over low heat until the spinach is thawed. Season to taste with nutmeg and paprika and serve immediately.
