Instructions

  1. Chop the cheese very finely (possibly with an onion chopper), stir in onion cubes, butter, mustard, paprika, egg yolks and sour cream. Knead well with a fork. Serve the cheese tartare on lettuce leaves and garnish with pieces of tomato.
