Halve the tomatoes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet with the cut side facing up.
Grate the cheese finely, press the garlic through the garlic press and add to the cheese. Season with pepper and salt (very little, the cheese is already salty) and spread on the tomato halves.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, serve while still hot.
