Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt and soda to it, mix everything well. We set the bowl aside for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, three cheese on a coarse grater.
We shift the grated cheese into the kefir mass and mix everything.
Now we begin to add flour in portions and knead a thick and elastic dough.
Roll the finished dough into a small sausage and cut into equal parts.
Roll each piece into a small cake. We put a frying pan without oil on the fire, and when it warms up, put the cake on it. We fry it under a closed lid for 5 minutes.
Now turn it over to the other side and fry it until golden brown with the lid open. We serve hot and aromatic cheese cakes to the table.
