Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with a little oil. Pour the BBQ sauce, tomato paste and mustard over it, stir in and allow to cool.
Take the yeast dough out of the packaging and roll out the individual dough portions into circles on a work surface sprinkled with semolina.
Grease a muffin baking sheet, sprinkle with semolina and press the dough circles into the hollows. Fill with the minced meat mixture and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Quarter the cheese slices, place them on the muffins and put everything together in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Then let it cool down briefly and top it as you like (e.g. with lettuce, tomato and pickled cucumber).
