Instructions

  1. For the pizza dough, mix the wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and sea salt in a large bowl and form a well in the middle of the flour.
  2. Mix the yeast with the sugar in a beaker. Gradually add the lukewarm water until the yeast has completely dissolved. Add the yeast-water mixture to the flour in the well and let rise for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the olive oil and best knead the ingredients with a hand mixer for 5 minutes to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for at least two hours.
  4. Roughly dice the onions for the topping. Cut the pickles into thin slices. Cut the mozzarella balls and the processed cheese slices into small cubes.
  5. Put the ground beef in a hot pan. Season with pepper, salt and some smoked paprika powder and fry without adding any fat for about 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally. Then add the diced onions and fry briefly.
