Roll out the puff pastry and coat the center lengthways with mustard and ketchup. Put the minced meat on top. A little mayonnaise on top. Then cover with the pickles, onions and tomatoes. Place the sliced cheese on top. Brush the edges with egg white and wrap the filling with the puff pastry. I press the edges in a little more with a fork so that it holds better.
