Clean the fruits and prepare them properly. Possibly a little sugar. Grate and squeeze the lemons. Break the shortbread biscuits into small pieces. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and yoghurt. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest and refine with honey.
Take dessert bowls or glasses and layer everything as follows: cream, shortbread, fruit, cream. Place biscuits and a piece of fruit on top for decoration.
Tip: Can be prepared the day before and chilled until consumption.
